Richard A. Grenell is the longest serving U.S. spokesman in U.N. history and is currently a partner with Los Angeles-based Capitol Media Partners.     Pelosi’s remarks were not just offensive, they were stupid. I particularly take issue with this “against their own economic interest” sophistry. Set cultural issues aside (and when people say they don’t matter, it’s because they want the other side to give up and surrender), I reject the idea that the Democratic party somehow helps my own economic interest.
